Our relationship with our health care provider and the larger health care system is one of the more important connections we have. We look to our physician to care for us when we are ill, to guide us to healthier life sryles, and to help us cope with the larger, more complicated, health care system.

Sometimes the system; be it a hospital, an insurance company, a managed care organization, or even our own physician do not respond or behave in ways we can appreciate. These issues can lead to a disruption in our getting the health care we need and when we need it Or, as a physician, medical institution or managed care company, you are unable to resolve an issue with a patient and risk issues are a concern. You want to continue to providing care for the patient, but in an environment that is safe, productive and conducive to geed health care. These issues need to be resolved so that disruption in our health care can be avoided.

Mediation is a means to resolve these conflicts so that quality health care remains available to you and/or your family. Long, drawn out and costly disputes can be avoided through mediating an equitable and reasonable agreement.
